Demonstration policy. Demo visitors never enter personal data: every demo account is synthetic and lives in a private workspace that is deleted when it expires.
What we collect
You give us: your name, email, phone and delivery address; the content of your orders, service briefs, support tickets and AI conversations; files you upload.
We record automatically: sign-in times, device and browser description, IP address, and pages viewed for security and fraud prevention.

Your AI conversations
Conversations are private to your account. Staff cannot read them by default — the permission that allows it is separate, granted rarely, and every access is recorded in the audit log.
You control retention from Account → Privacy: delete individual conversations, set an automatic deletion period, turn assistant memory off, or export everything.
Sharing
We share data with service providers only where needed to run the platform: payment processing, delivery, email and SMS, and the AI provider that generates assistant replies. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights
Export or delete your data from Account → Privacy. Deletion anonymises your personal details while preserving the financial records we are required to retain.
