Quotes, deposits and milestones

How a quoted service goes from request to hand-over.

  1. Request. Describe the work. Nothing is charged.
  2. Quote. The team replies with an itemised quote: scope, price, turnaround, revisions and any deposit. It is valid for the days shown.
  3. Accept or decline. Accepting turns each quote line into a milestone you can follow. Declining closes the request with no charge.
  4. Deposit. If the quote has one, pay it from the request page. Work starts once it is confirmed.
  5. Milestones. Each milestone is ticked off as it is completed, with messages on the same page.
  6. Hand-over. When the work is delivered, pay the balance and the request is complete.

Fixed-price services such as mentoring skip the quote: you pay at checkout and the team contacts you to schedule.
