How ordering works

1. Add to cart. Stock is checked when you add, and again at checkout. Limited items are briefly reserved once you reach payment, so nobody else can take the last one while you type your address.
2. Checkout. Enter contact and delivery details. Every price, discount and total is recalculated on our servers — nothing from your browser is trusted.
3. Pay. Choose a payment method. Your order is only marked paid when the payment provider confirms it to our servers directly. A browser redirect alone never marks an order paid.
4. Fulfilment. Digital items unlock immediately. Physical items are packed and handed to the courier or held for pickup. Services move to a quote, and workshops confirm your seat.
5. Track. Everything is on your order page, with a timeline of what happened and when.

Guest checkout is available. You can claim a guest order later by verifying the email address it was placed with.
