Digital downloads and licences

Downloads live under Account → Downloads. They are tied to your account, not to a link, so a shared URL will not work for anybody else.

Download links expire a few minutes after you request them. Request a new one any time — that is normal and does not use up an allowance.

Allowances. Some products cap the number of downloads. The remaining count is shown next to each item.

Updates. When we publish a new version of a product you own, it appears in the same place with its changelog, at no extra cost, for as long as your access lasts.

Licence keys are revealed once, deliberately. Copy the key somewhere safe when you reveal it. Every reveal is recorded on the order.
